How FILTEC Vision Label Inspection Works

  1. Detection: Image Capture: High-resolution cameras capture images of each product as it moves along the production line. Label Detection: The system identifies the presence and position of the label on the product.
  2. Analysis: Text and Graphic Verification: Compares the captured images to predefined standards to verify the accuracy of text, graphics, and barcodes. Position and Orientation Check: Ensures labels are correctly positioned and oriented on the product. Quality Inspection: Detects defects such as smudges, misprints, and colour inconsistencies.
  3. Action: Alerts and Alarms: If a label does not meet the required standards, the system triggers alerts to notify operators. Rejection Mechanism: Automatically rejects products with defective labels, ensuring only compliant products proceed to packaging. Report Generation: Generates detailed reports for quality control and compliance documentation.
