The Tape & Label range:
The TLDUO Tape and Label System is a combination of carton tape sealer and Linerfree labeller in one compact machine. Combining a top and bottom or side drive case sealer with a linerfree print and apply labelling system reduces the overall length of conveyor needed for both processes by as much as 50%.

Top and Bottom Drive Case Sealer and Labeller
An all in one solution designed to save valuable production floor space. The TL-DUO Tape and Label System is a combination of carton tape sealer and Linerfree labeller in one compact machine. Combining a top and bottom drive case sealer with a linerfree print and apply labelling system reduces the overall length of conveyor needed for both processes by as much as 50%. Labels are printed and applied to a carton at the same time as the tape sealer seals the top and bottom carton flaps. Labels can be applied to carton sides and also corner wrapped for adjoining panel barcode labelling.

Linerfree Labelling
The Linerfree labelling system combines with the tape sealing system to allow waste free labelling to take place. No backing paper is used. Labels can be placed on the side of the carton or around the front or trailing edges for two side labelling and barcode placment
Automated Linerfree Labelling and Carton Sealing
Working Cycle: the operator folds the top flaps and moves box forward in the machine until it is taken away by drive belts. The case sealer adjusts itself according to the box size and proceeds with the top and bottom sealing. The labeller prints and applies a label to the side of the box as it is conveyed through the machine. When the box reached the end of the machine the optional label wrap system wraps the label around adjoining panels of the box
